Perth Sailing Club is a small and friendly club and we aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all. We take any complaints and concerns raised with us seriously and can assure people we welcome their feedback. 

 

Complaints or Concerns:

Any complaints or concerns about club facilities, services or people should be reported to a committee member.   This can be done face to face or by emailing:  committee@perthsailingclub.org.uk.

 

A senior member of the committee will confirm receipt of the complaint/concern within 24 hours of receipt. 

 

The committee will investigate the complaint with the relevant parties within 2 days and aim to provide a full response to the complainant in that 2-day period.
